Delete your NotesMD account & data

NotesMD is developed by an individual operator in Switzerland. This page explains how to delete your data. Contact: [email protected].

Easiest: from inside the app

  1. Open NotesMD and go to Settings.
  2. Under Account, tap Delete my account data.
  3. Confirm. The app deletes your server-side records and offers to erase the notes stored on your device.

What gets deleted

On our server (immediately): your AI-usage counter, your reminder push subscription, and your account tier record — all keyed to your Google account id. Our server never stores note content, so there is none to delete there.

On your device: the app offers to erase all local notes, attachments, and settings. You can also do this from your browser/app storage settings, or by uninstalling the app.

Your Google Drive backup: backups live in a hidden, app-private folder in your own Google Drive. Remove the app's access (and thereby its data) at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Don't have the app installed?

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your Google sign-in and ask us to delete your server-side data. We will confirm once done.
